Shipping Policy


Shipping:

Our On Line store prices do not include shipping. Screen Gems Inc. will ship all merchandise the most cost efficient way.  During the checkout process, shipping is calculated and will be added to your order.

In some cases shipping costs could actually be higher depending on shipping location, box weight, and any applicable taxes or tariffs on shipping and/or handling.

The shipping cost is based on delivery to one location only and is calculated according to the weight of the products purchased. If you need to ship to multiple locations or would like an exact shipping cost for your order please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-441-6628.

If you need your package needs to be shipped in a specific manner, please contact Screen Gems Inc. by phone at the time of your order. We will do our best to meet your specific shipping requirements.

We understand that our products can be needed anywhere in the country and at any time, therefore rush shipping is available. To expedite your order to arrive next day, 2nd day or three day, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1- 800-411-6628. 


Packaging, Shipping and Expedited Shipping Policies:

Prices are based on bulk packaging. To save you money on the shipping costs, we do our best to package all products ordered into as few boxes as possible.

Screen Gems Inc. ships using UPS services, but we reserve the right to ship goods through whichever shipping company we deem appropriate. This can include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another company.

We make every effort to ship your order promptly.  Screen Gems Inc. processes orders for shipment Monday - Friday, except for designated holidays in which we are closed. For stock merchandise typical processing times are 1 to 2 business days, depending on availability.   In some cases, your order will ship in more than 1 shipment. Orders placed after 12:00 pm eastern will automatically be processed on the following business day. Delivery times consist of both processing time and transit time for your shipment. If an unexpected delay should occur, we will contact you by phone or email, notifying you of the revised shipping date.

Some of our items are printed to order requiring extra manufacturing time. Please allow 3 to 5 business for shipping. For semi custom/custom printed orders, please allow 7 to 10 business days.


International Ordering:

Due to the lengthy and complicated delivery and possible return process, Screen Gems Inc. does not ship orders internationally including orders to Canada and Mexico.

 

Transit Times:

We use UPS for standard ground shipments. 

When your items have shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). Simply visit www.UPS.com to track your shipment.
